Rainbow Construction Corporation is a local independent,
family-held firm that excels in quality work and unsurpassed customer relations.
We are dedicated to the best possible customer experience available in
Maryland's commercial and residential building and real estate markets. We have
been helping build this county for over 30 years and will be here for a long
time to come.
Domenic Guadagnoli founded the company in 1961 and is the president, owner and
business visionary. His daughter and son-in-law, Rossana Gandee and Donnie
Gandee, as well as his son, Mark Guadagnoli are all part of the family business.
Mark handles operations and is the project manager for Hawthorne Yards.
Rainbow has developed subdivisions and built over 700 homes in subdivisions and
on individual lots around Charles County. We have been widely recognized by both
our customers and our peers for building quality products and providing
excellent service. Rainbow Construction is the proud recipient of the following
awards for high standards for quality, service and architectural style:

As a general contractor, Rainbow Construction Corporation has completed and/or
has underway over $50 million in projects for state and local governments and
private owners. These are among the many projects Rainbow Construction has
developed in Charles County: College Of Southern Maryland Center for Trades and
Energy, Charles County Health Department Annex, Charles County Sheriffs Quarter
Master Building, Newburg Volunteer Fire Dept. Peace Lutheran Church in Waldorf,
and Szechuan Garden Restaurant in St. Charles Communities.
